All orders ship within 2-3 business days of your purchase via USPS, unless you select Express Shipping. When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can also login into your account to view your order's status. Shipping is FREE via USPS on US orders of $24.99 or more.
International shipping is provided via the US Postal Service. Shipping rates vary based on geography, order size and desired shipping service. Shipping rates will be populated during check out.

If you purchased a product through our website, www.felixbrand.com, and you'd like to return it within 30 days of purchase, Felix will refund the amount you paid for the returned product (minus any shipping fees incurred by Felix). Simple as that. No explanation needed, although we welcome your feedback!
All returned product must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Please contact us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA request can be made vie email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting us at 617 800 9754.

Once Felix has received your return, we'll process your refund based on your original method of payment and email you a confirmation notice. Any postage due will be deducted from the refund total. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to be posted back to your account after you have heard from us.
Unfortunately, any items received without an RMA or a packing list will require additional details prior to being processed. If your purchase was more than 30 days ago, please review our Limited Warranty Policy which we hope proves helpful.
Items purchased from authorized Felix resellers can be returned to the reseller according to their return policy.
